When will I receive my tracking codes?
Typically within 48 hours of ordering, they will be sent to your email.
I'm afraid to pay online, is this safe?
Yes, It's 100% safe. All payments on our site are processed by a third party authorised payment processor. They use the latest generation encryption protocols and safety measures that are the best in the field. You can also order using PayPal.
Do you sell Prescription glasses?
Yes we do! All you need to do is change the prescription tab on our product pages.
Once you've ordered, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to the prescription survey - in this survey is where you fill out your prescription details.
I ordered multiple items and some have arrived before others. Is there a problem?
No! Our warehouse will ship your items separately and there will be different delivery times.
What shall I do if something goes wrong?
Our customer support team work 7 days a week to provide you with answers and solutions as quickly as possible. We have a selection of sympathetic and solution-oriented staff who will solve any problems. So you can rest assured that if any problems arise, we will resolve it as soon as possible.
My Package is being shipped from China, what about COVID-19?
A completely valid question and one we are happy to answer. We would not ship packages from China if it was not completely safe. The CDC has quoted that there is a "very low risk" of COVID-19 spreading through packages as the disease can only survive a "few hours" on surfaces. You're not a risk of getting the virus through our packages. You can always read more about it on the CDCs website.
I've returned my package but have not received a refund?
We inspect items of the day of the return and if you're entitled to a refund you will receive an email notification within 24 hours (the refund usually takes 3-5 days to appear in your account depending on the method of payment).
Sometimes people return the product with out proof of purchase (confirmation inside the order, i.e order number/email), in this case please contact us immediately.
Why do we need proof or purchase to refund? This is so our team knows who to refund.
What about the quality of the products? How do you offer these prices?

So, they dove head first into the industry and of course there's been ups and down but they're slowly reforming the industry.
People tend to believe 'This is expensive, it must be better' or 'This is cheap, it must be worse.' When the fact of the matter is we use better materials, have better designs and offer better prices than everyone else out there. It has taken us years upon years to get to where we are now. But it feels good to know that we are revolutionising the jewellery space.
